Our membership agreement covers your rights and responsibilities concerning your accounts and the rights a responsibilities of the credit union. Please contact us, and we will be happy to furnish you with a complete copy.
When opening a new account, it is important to know that Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. This means that when you open an account, we will ask for your name, physical address, date of birth, if applicable, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
We also use ChexSystems to verify identifying information, and to determine eligibility for membership and credit union services such as checking accounts, debit cards and courtesy pay.
