Regular Shares (similar to savings accounts) are the basic way to save. To be a member, you must maintain at least $25.00 in your savings account. This represents your single share of ownership in the credit union and comes with all the rights and privileges of membership. Each member owns only one voting share regardless of their account balance.
Making consistent deposits to your Regular Share account is a great way to set aside money for a rainy day. In-person deposits, direct deposits, and automatic transfers at least monthly make saving convenient and painless.
We also offer additional share accounts that can be used to set aside money for a specific purpose. For instance, some members use a special account to set aside money for paying taxes, for a vacation, or for the benefit of a child or grandchild. Any reason is a good reason to save.
